Ordering Information:
Ordering: Orders can be done online as well as called at 712-784-3678. I am happy to discuss tool options and various aspects of my tools. We use Paypal for secure ordering and also for sending invoices for phone orders.
I make every effort to inform customers of the wait time for an order. I try to keep tools in stock, but many times they must be custom-made. 4-6 weeks can be common. I am a small shop with a relatively large offering and many variations therein. For example, my planes have 12 different variants, and there are 8 sizes of just the bench planes. I highly value communication with my customers, and will always answer emails or inquiries.
Shipping:
We use UPS or USPS for shipping. Rates are based on dollar amounts and divided into 2 categories: benches and tools. If your order includes both a bench and other tools, there will be 2 shipping charges and the packages will be separate. If the tools will fit inside the bench package, then you will be contacted and a refund for the extra shipping will be refunded thru Paypal.
